1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing products or services from RC LAB WORX LLC (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

RC LAB WORX LLC provides custom RC vehicle builds, modifications, 3D printed parts, and related services. Due to the custom nature of these products, variations may occur.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payment is due at the time of order unless otherwise agreed
  • Custom work may require a deposit
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated

4. NO WARRANTY

All products and services are provided “AS IS” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Use of RC LAB WORX products involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Equipment failure
  • Property damage
  • Personal injury

By purchasing and using these products, you assume all risks.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RC LAB WORX LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use, installation, or performance of its products or services.

7. NO LIABILITY FOR VEHICLE DAMAGE

RC LAB WORX LLC shall not be liable for any damage to vehicles, components, electronics, or related equipment resulting from:

  • Installation or use of products
  • Improper installation or modification by the customer or third parties
  • Product failure under stress, off-road use, or unintended conditions
  • Compatibility issues with other parts or systems

The customer acknowledges that all modifications and custom parts are used at their own risk and may impact the performance, durability, or safety of their vehicle.

8. PRODUCT USE DISCLAIMER

Products are intended for hobby and off-road use only unless otherwise specified. The Company is not responsible for misuse or improper installation.

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

  • Custom products are non-refundable
  • Returns (if accepted) must be approved in writing
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping

10. SHIPPING

  • Shipping times are estimates
  • The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers
  • Risk transfers to buyer upon shipment

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, products, and content created by RC LAB WORX LLC remain the intellectual property of the Company.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
